Cappock Cottage
At Bullara Station Stay we have 6 new and stylishly renovated Shearer’s rooms to accommodate you, along with the brand new "Cappock's Cottage".
The rooms were originally used for the shearer's when they came to do the annual shearing, since the decline of the wool market we decided that tourism would be another option and so hence we started the renovating process!
There is a novel outdoor bathroom for those who wish to star gaze as they wash under the privacy of an enclosed tank stand. The ablution facilities are shared with the other guests but you will find them clean and spacious.
There is also a communal dining room and self contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare a fabulous feast which can then be enjoyed inside the dining room or on the deck of the "Bull Bar" at your leisure. Unlicensed bar - BYO.
As part of your overnight stay a continental breakfast is available in the kitchen.
As we are a self catering type of accommodation, please bring enough supplies for the duration of your stay, there is fresh produce/supplies in Exmouth and Coral Bay , the local Bullara Deli is yet to open for business! Full BBQ packs with salad are available to purchase.
Our delightful campground provides guests with spacious sites to pitch a tent or Caravan without fear of tripping over someone else’s tent strings like the more populated campsites in the region!
Savour the peace and quite or socialise with fellow campers around the communal fire pit and Wood BBQ area. Basic camp kitchen available, please bring drinking water as this is in short supply!
Fabulous bathroom facilities, laundry and bush walking tracks to explore. You will find that our rates are very reasonable compared to other caravan parks in the area so bunk down and spend the week with us!

Fabulous 3 bedroom home, fully furnished with all linen, TV, Foxtel, DVD player, kitchen, firepit, and BBQ area. All the comforts to make this a home away from home.
Lovely rural outlook, watch the animals graze in the paddock, laze in the hammock, perfect for a group of friends or family wishing to have some privacy away from the main accommodation.
We are ideally located between Coral Bay and Exmouth so bring your boat, jet ski and move in whist exploring the surrounds of this amazing stretch of coastline.
